Late Cancellation / No-Show

Any session canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, or any no-show, will be charged the full session rate of $120.

Weather Policy

If weather conditions prevent safe travel or training, this is considered outside of anyone's control.
Weather-related cancellations made with proper notice (at least 2 hours prior) will not be charged, Failure to communicate or
If I arrive on-site and the session cannot take place due to weather conditions or lack of communication, the cancellation fee of $120 will still apply.

Final Note

This policy is in place to respect time, travel, and preparation for every session. I always aim to be flexible when possible while maintaining consistency for all athletes.
