NOW ENROLLING · BELLEVUE, OHIO · JULY 8-29

3-on-3 Development League.

Most players spend 90% of their time playing and 10% actually getting better. This league flips that. Four weeks. Three divisions. Real coaching on every possession.

The Difference

This is not just a league. It is a teaching environment that uses 3-on-3 as the vehicle.

Most leagues hand your kid a jersey and a ref and call it development. We don't. Every game has a focus. Every possession gets coached. Every player walks out having learned something they didn't know when they walked in. The 3-on-3 format isn't the product it's the tool we use to teach the game the right way.

The Difference

Pillars

What makes this league different is 3 on 3 requires players to be in the correct spots and our expert coaches will instruct to help the athletes understand the ins and outs of the game! Our unique approach forces players into positions and settings adapt, communicate and do the little things that make basketball work. This league is not about true wins and loses or stats. Our wins are if players learn and get better to take the skills into the school season.

New Teammates every week.

Your athlete can't coast on chemistry. Every week the roster resets. They have to communicate with new players, adjust to different styles, and figure it out fast. That's how real basketball IQ gets built not by running the same plays with the same friends.

Constraint games that teach.

Before every game we install a focus rule. Everyone touches before a shot. Every possession starts with a ball screen. Cutters score more than shooters. The constraint forces the habit. By the time your athlete plays a real game this fall, these reads are automatic.

Hockey style subs every 2 minutes.

Four players per team, one resting. Every 2 minutes a new sub flies in without stopping play. No hiding, no standing around. Every player is either competing or talking calling out matchups, rotations, and who's coming in next. This is where leaders get made.

Example Focus Rules

Each week, a new constraint. Each Constraint, a new habit.

Sample of the focus rules we install during games. They change weekly so athletes leave with a new tool every session, not just stats.

TESTIMONIALS

What our past players Say

Our 10 year old son loved the 3 on 3 format for training with Coach Trey! The small group format gave him plenty of opportunities to handle the ball, make decisions, and stay involved every minute of the session. The balance between skill development and competition was perfect and kept him engaged and wanting to go back each week!
