It is how we build every session: physically, mentally and spiritually, in an environment built on discipline, accountability and real basketball development.
Most families come to us after a season that did not go the way they hoped. Playing time did not move. Points did not move. The training they paid for never showed up in a live game.
We coach the parts that transfer: shooting mechanics under fatigue, a handle that holds up against pressure, footwork that finishes off both feet, and the reads that turn a skill into a bucket. Parents get to go back to being parents, because the coaching voice comes from us.
And it stays fun. It is a kid's game. It does not need playoff pressure on every rep to produce growth.

As a player development coach, Coach K brings a detail-oriented, up-tempo style to the gym. His sessions emphasize high repetition, competition, basketball IQ, reading defenders, and helping players become comfortable being uncomfortable. He believes development should be challenging while still allowing athletes to enjoy the game.
One of Coach K's biggest focuses is teaching athletes that improvement doesn't happen overnight. He encourages players to celebrate small wins, learn from failure, put in quality reps, and continue working when others aren't.
Coach K has a unique connection to G.O.A.T Training as well: Coach Trey was one of his former players. After following the growth of G.O.A.T for several years, Coach K joined the staff to help continue building a program centered around doing things the right way and making an impact on local athletes.
Outside of basketball, Aaron enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, grilling, golfing and, according to him, he's the king of dad jokes.
