Who you will be working with

The staff

Coach Keith Williams
College and pro development

A high-level development coach whose background bridges elite college playing experience and Division I coaching. He serves as Assistant Coordinator of Men's Basketball at Ohio, directly involved in player development and on-court preparation.

In the 2024 to 2025 season his work contributed to multiple All-MAC selections, including AJ Clayton and Jackson Paveletzke earning Third Team honors, Shereef Mitchell receiving Honorable Mention, and Elijah Elliott being named to the All-Freshman Team. Clayton also earned Lou Henson and Oscar Robertson National Player of the Week recognition.

As a player at the University of Charleston from 2018 to 2023 he finished as the program's all-time wins leader with 102 victories, became a 1,000-point scorer, and earned three All-MEC selections including two First Team honors. He was a key part of Charleston's MEC Championship team, then moved directly into coaching and helped guide the program to another conference title in his first season on staff.

Coach Trey Ruhlman
Founder and CEO

Trey is the founder of G.O.A.T Training, a development program focused on helping athletes maximize their potential on and off the court. As a player he earned All-Ohio Honorable Mention honors, became a 1,000-point scorer, and finished as his school's all-time leader in free throw percentage before continuing at Marietta College.

He has worked alongside respected trainers such as Ganon Baker and Phil Handy while studying high-level player development firsthand, including live workouts featuring elite athletes. Today he specializes in skill development, shooting mechanics, footwork, ball handling and player confidence.
