3-on-3 development league

Four weeks of live 3-on-3 skill building play. Each week has a new focus. Teams switch weekly. This is a development league, not a scoreboard league.

The difference

Most leagues hand kids a jersey and a referee and call it development. We coach every possession.

New teammates every week

Rosters rebuild from scratch each week. Your athlete learns to play with different styles: fast guards, big finishers, shooters, hard-nosed defenders. By week four they read teammates they have never played with.

Constraint games that teach

Every game has a focus rule we install before tip. Everyone touches before a shot. Every possession starts with a ball screen. The constraints force the habits we want to build.

Hockey style subs every 2 minutes

Four players per team, one resting. Every two minutes a sub flies in without stopping play, which forces communication, transition reads and decisions on the fly.

Each week a new constraint. Each constraint a new habit.

A sample of the focus rules we install during games. They change weekly, so athletes leave with a new tool every session instead of a stat line.

Week 1
Every possession starts with a ball screen
Week 2
Cutters score more than shooters
Week 3
No dribbles, pass and cut only
Week 4
Every player touches before a shot

The schedule

Four weeks, and players commit to all four. Teammate rotation and constraint progression only work if everyone shows up every week.
